Update: HTC Russia has removed the tweet that was revealing official Windows Mobile 7 upgrade for HTC HD2!!! Probably headquarters of HTC were not happy about it.

Previously we were reporting that we have information from certain source that HTC HD2 will get official upgrade to Windows Mobile 7 and now HTC is confirming it:

HTC Russia, in this tweet is confirming that HTC HD2 will get official Windows Mobile 7 upgrade! The tweet is in Russian but it clearly says that when it comes to existing Windows Mobile phones, HTC Touch Diamond2 will not get upgrade to Windows Mobile 7, but only HTC HD2 will get official upgrade to Windows Mobile 7.

Commentary: now it looks like certain that at Mobile World Congress 2010 in February 2010 not only Microsoft will be announcing Windows Mobile 7, but also HTC will be announcing that HTC HD2 will be upgradeable to Windows Mobile 7!

ふむふむ　真偽のほどは定かではありませんが、HTC HD2はWM7へのアップグレードが用意されるとの事です。でもWM7って中身がさっぱり不明なまま・・・　いつになるのでしょうね〜？
