Come on Microsoft! So in case of Apple iPhone app store developers need to pay $99 a year and get unlimited updates, to all countries all over the world. They don't need to pay even a cent more. But Windows Mobile developers will have to pay additional fee for each additional country:

Each additional locale will only cost $10.

so if you’re selling your app in 5 countries, it’s one slot for the first locale $99 + $10 for each country ($10x4=$40). Total $139. and not thousands as previously described.

iPhoneやAndroidの場合は年間$99。なのに、MSのMarketplaceではアプリを登録する際に、国別に+$10の追加料金が必要になるみたいです。「世界にアプリをリリースしたい〜！」と言う意気込みも消沈しそうな内容で・・・
