PalmやAndroidはダメでもWindowsならいい？

Apple has threatened Palm with lawsuit because Palm Pre phone uses multi-touch and Apple claims to own multi-touch patents. On the other hand CEO of Google is on board of directors of Apple so when Apple asked Google not to use multi-touch in Android, then Google has complied in a servile manner

Appleのマルチタッチ（ピンチなどの操作）に関する特許で、PalmやAndroidフォンはマルチタッチのインターフェイスが利用不可なのに、なぜWindowsだけがOKなのでしょう？って事みたいですが、特に理由は書かれてませんね。Windows７やWM7ではサポートされるのに、WM6.5ではサポートされないのは単に開発が間に合わないからとの事・・・　（〜〜；
