Like the HTC Touch Diamond, also the Xda diamond will run on Windows Mobile 6.1 supporting triband GSM/GPRS/EDE (no 850 MHz support), dualband UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA (featuring 900/2100 MHZ) with a HSDPA downstream of up to 3.6 Mbps and a HSUPA upstream of up to 2.0 Mbps.Furthermore, the Xda diamond sports Bluetooth 2.0, WiFi b/g, a FM radio, a G-sensor, 192 MB RAM, 256 MB ROM and 4 GB internal memory. So far, that's pretty much the same HTC's Touch Diamond is. The biggest, and most likely only different is the battery cover where O2 Germany isn't using HTC's diamond shaped battery cover but it's own flat soft-touch design:
